We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The primary objective of this role is to maintain customer fill rates at 98% or better. You will work closely with various departments to support procurement, inventory management, logistics and demand planning. The ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain management , as well as a strong understanding of data analysis to ensure raw materials arrive when required by production to ensure manufacturing in time to meet delivery dates set by our customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Enter orders, review planning inadvance to ensure ingredients are on order and arriving in time to meet production slots, to ensure customers orders are delivered in tim.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage buying processes and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel to present findings and recommendations to ensure raw materials arrive in time.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying issues in the supply chain and proposing solutions.
- Work closely with fabrication teams to ensure that material requirements are met in alignment with production schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in the evaluation of new suppliers based on quality, cost and food safety.
- Other tasks as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel and data bases.
- Experience in supply chain management practices including procurement, inventory control, logitiscs and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
- Good command of the english language.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
