We are growing and looking for a Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and understands the value of dental care.
The Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first impression and ongoing connection for our patients. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial inquiry to case acceptance, while delivering a seamless and elevated patient experience.
This role blends customer service excellence with sales confidence, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and excited about their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments through effective communication
- Coordinate patient schedules efficiently to maximize clinical productivity
- Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
- Follow up with patients to support case acceptance and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and people-focused:
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and/or sales with Dental or healthcare experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Superior telephone skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, practice management software, and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
