Responsibilities
Daily Job Site Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work at scheduled start time
- Assist with job site setup, material handling, and preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment throughout the day
- Complete end-of-day cleanup to ensure the site is left in good condition
Interior Renovation Work
- Perform demolition safely and efficiently
- Complete framing, drywall installation/repairs, and basic finishing
- Install flooring, trim and assist with cabinetry and tiling
- Complete painting and general finishing tasks to a high standard
- Support all aspects of residential interior renovation projects as needed
Work Quality & Expectations
- Work independently when required while following direction
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Identify and communicate issues or concerns on site
- Respect clients’ homes and minimize disruption during work
- Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience in residential renovations or construction
- Hands-on experience with interior renovation work (framing, drywall, trim, tiling, flooring, painting, or similar)
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
Reliability & Work Habits
- Strong attendance and consistent reliability
- Able to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Punctual and ready to start work at scheduled times
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Transportation
· Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
· Ability to travel to job sites in Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding areas
· Own vehicle required (truck/van is an asset)

- Professional appearance required on site, including company-provided shirts, as we often work in occupied homes
