Your Role: Junior Installation Technician
This is an entry-level position. You don't need years of experience - you need drive, a willingness to get your hands dirty, and the humility to know you're still learning. We'll teach you the rest.
Day to day, you'll be working alongside our experienced technicians on things like:
- Running and terminating low voltage cable in residential and commercial builds
- Mounting TVs, speakers, keypads, cameras, and automated shades
- Helping set up and organize equipment racks
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and moving efficiently
- Learning the basics of AV, networking, lighting control, and automation systems
What We're Actually Looking For:
- Little to no experience in AV, low voltage, or smart home tech - that's fine
- Some background in construction, trades, or electrical is a bonus but not required
- A team-first mindset - ego has no place here
- The kind of person who asks questions, takes initiative, and doesn't wait to be told twice
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- A valid driver's license
