Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be an essential part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces by assisting with various landscaping and construction tasks. Your hands-on work will contribute to transforming landscapes, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and soil excavation for landscape projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities
- Install various landscape elements such as paving stones, retaining walls, fencing, decks, and any vegetation such as shrubs and trees.
- Driving product to site if needed.
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or background in landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working on-site in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities.
- Able to commute to work.
