TH offers a wide range of acute and post-acute care including emergency and intensive care, medical/surgical care, obstetrical, rehabilitation and complex/transitional care and palliative care services. Reporting to the Lab Manager, the Medical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for conducting advanced laboratory testing to support disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention, In this role, you will work in the areas of transfusion medicine, Hematology and Chemistry while ensuring all work is consistent with accreditation lab standards.
Having a passion for providing excellent patient care in a professional and timely manner is essential to this role. Shifts cover both days and evenings and on-call after hours, 7 days a week. The majority of shifts are 8 hours however, weekend and holidays include 12-hour shifts.

Assets:
Excellent phlebotomy skills
Bilingual
Excellent Attendance Record
Experience in a laboratory hospital setting
Experience in Meditech LIS
