Advanced Coatings Technologies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. About the Role
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while supporting daily sales and operations. You’ll work closely with body shops, technicians, and internal staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in, phone, and email customers professionally
- Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Provide product information and recommend suitable coatings, tools, and supplies
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized customer records and order history
- Support sales initiatives and promote company products/services
- Keep the front counter and customer service area organized and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or CSR experience preferred
- Experience in automotive, collision repair, paint, or industrial supply industry is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and order entry software
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
