Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a professional and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk responsibilities to ensure a seamless client experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and manicures and pedicures with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions
- Stay updated on the latest esthetician techniques, trends, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Esthetics diploma
- Experience in the field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
