What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside an experienced crew installing large-scale greenhouse mechanical systems, including:
✔ HVAC and mechanical equipment
✔ Mechanical piping systems
✔ Pumps and valves
✔ Heating and cooling systems
✔ Structural supports
✔ Welding and fabrication (where applicable)
✔ Reading blueprints and assisting with mechanical installations
You'll travel to project sites throughout Canada and the U.S., helping deliver industry-leading greenhouse projects from start to finish.

Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical installation, construction, welding, or a related trade
- Comfortable reading construction drawings and blueprints
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United States
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Working Conditions
This is an active, hands-on position that includes:
- Travel throughout Canada and the U.S.
- Overnight travel during projects
- Working in greenhouses, industrial facilities, and construction sites
- Lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
