Job Description
This full-time job will be performed primarily at the Avera branch office in Burnaby, BC, supporting Avera’s sales and technical teams. Focusing on building and supporting Avera client relationships, the successful candidate will develop event concepts and designs which incorporate client budgets and expectations, guide clients through the event execution phase and take overall ownership of project to ensure the end product exceeds all expectations.
The Ideal Candidate...
Will have a strong knowledge of audiovisual technical services from design to delivery. The ability to multitask and communicate exceptionally well to both clients and internal support departments. This role will demand a customer service focused person to deliver an exceptional interaction with clients throughout the sales process. A very keen eye for detail and organizational skills to set our operations and production teams up with all details required to deliver an exceptional event experience for our clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Initial response & triage of inbound rental and production job inquiries
- Client account management (Quotes, Coordination, Invoice, Prep, etc)
- Project Management (Prep Lists, Site Visits, Advance Meetings, Floor Plans, Client Liaising, Onsite event management, etc)
- Mining sales leads from various sources available to Proshow
- Business development of long term corporate and conference business
- Assisting sales department with large proposals & RFPs
- Supervision and management of other crew and subcontractors working for Proshow on job sites
- Attendance at weekly production meetings
- Join industry association(s) and represent Proshow in a professional manner
- Participation in afterhours emergency sales support
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
- Setup, operation and removal of audio, video, lighting, staging and other related equipment on job sites
- Employee may perform other related duties as reasonably requested by the Company to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
