Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee tilt-up concrete construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing crews and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety meetings.
- Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Complete daily reports and communicate project progress to management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience.
- Experience in concrete construction; tilt-up concrete experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS
- Standard First Aid/CPR

Pay: $73,187.57-$155,089.32 per year
