Customer Service Agent
Elevare Contracting is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team. And to welcome new team members, we are offering a signing bonus of $200 after successfully completing 2 months of employment!
In this role, you'll speak with homeowners about energy-efficient heat pump solutions and schedule free consultations with qualified heat pump specialists.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people. Previous sales experience is not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. If you have strong communication skills and thrive in a performance driven, team-oriented environment? This is the role for you.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective homeowners to discuss available energy-saving solutions
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of high-efficiency heat pumps, including lower energy costs and year-round comfort
- Schedule free, no-obligation heat pump consultations with qualified homeowners
- Track customer interactions using company systems and tools
- Represent Elevare Contracting in a professional and positive manner
What We Do
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Compensation ranges from $750-$1,250 per week and consists of guaranteed daily bonuses, plus commissions and incentives based on your performance
- $200 Signing Bonus upon completing 2 months with the company

Qualifications
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional and dependable demeanor
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
