The Opportunity
As a Plumber at Jayden's Mechanical, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing
systems for commercial and residential projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, a commitment to
safety, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while working independently and as part of a team. The
successful candidate will interpret drawings and specifications, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and help ensure projects
are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing system installations, repairs, maintenance, and retrofits (commercial & residential)
- Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective, efficient solutions.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and attention to detail on every project.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Safely operate and maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to support successful project completion.
- Maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred) or registered 4th-Term Apprentice Plumber.
- Commercial plumbing experience is considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer-service approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and contribute to successful project outcomes.
