Richmond United Football Club (RUFC) is seeking an organized, community-minded, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Grassroots Administrator.
This role combines administration, communications, event coordination, and community engagement in support of one of Richmond’s leading youth soccer clubs. The Grassroots Administrator will play a role in supporting soccer programming and helping to create a positive experience for players, families, coaches, volunteers, and community partners.
The Grassroots Administrator oversees registration and administrative operations for RUFC’s U4-U12 grassroots programming, while also leading club-wide communications, social media, promotional activities, and event coordination. This position works closely with staff, volunteers, committees, and Board members to support efficient operations and deliver programming consistent with RUFC’s player-centred philosophy.
This is a full-time position, with some evening meetings and occasional weekend event attendance required. This role is primarily remote, with some on-site responsibilities throughout the season.
