Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Handyman/Woman to join our dynamic facilities team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental units ,including basic plumbing and electrical .
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate tools such as hand tools, and power tools to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Assist with small maintenance teams or contractors during repair projects or upgrades.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during maintenance operations.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external contractors effectively.
- Follow direction and multitask with the ability to follow team members and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good command of English for clear communication across all levels of operations.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
