Grand Forks Physiotherapy and Active Wellness Centre is currently seeking a Full Time Administrator with room to grow to join our team!
HOURS OF WORK: Clinic hours are currently Monday to Friday 9.00 am-3:00 pm excluding Statutory Holidays. Clinic hours are currently Monday to Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm excluding Statutory Holidays. Clinic hours are currently Monday to Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm may involve some Saturdays and is excluding Statutory Holidays.
LOCATION: Osoyoos/Oliver BC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Administrator at our clinics, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to:
- Checking patients in at the front desk
- Answering routine inquiries via telephone and email
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Billing and accepting payment for services
- Processing insurance payments
- Maintaining patient charts and filing systems
- Operating computer software and office equipment
- Monitoring and ordering supplies
- General cleaning duties
- Optimizing our patient experiences
- Filling out Trackers
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Our ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and relations, a positive attitude, and a strong work-ethic. We are looking for someone who has:
- Social Media and Marketing experience
- Strong computer literacy
- The ability to learn new software applications (experience with JANE software would be an asset)

The Osoyoos & South Okanagan Physiotherapy and Active Wellness Centre has 5 clinics in Osoyoos, Oliver, Grand Forks and Penticton. Our multidisciplinary team of experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists are passionate about client-centered care.
