Primary Responsibilities
As a PUF SLP, you will provide essential early intervention services within our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs. Key duties include:

Classroom-Based Intervention: Delivering speech-language therapy directly within Pre-K and Kindergarten classroom activities to support functional communication.

Comprehensive Assessments: Conducting formal and informal assessments for children registered in RDCRS Pre-Kindergarten programs.

Collaborative Planning: Liaising closely with teachers, educational/therapeutic assistants, social workers, specialists, and parents as a core member of the child’s multidisciplinary program planning team.

Documentation & Reporting: Completing detailed assessment and treatment reports (including year-end summaries) for parents and internal/external professionals.

Capacity Building: Providing targeted professional development to teachers and educational assistants to enhance classroom support.
