Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to proper sanitation procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
