Parts Advisor
Duties: PBS experience an asset
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and orders
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and parts
- Retail sales experience, preferably in an automotive or related industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Sales management skills to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
