Responsibilities
· Provide customer service to residents, owners, and contractors
· Process rental applications, prepare leases, renewals, and tenant documents
· Set up and maintain tenant accounts in Yardi/Buildium, including charges and payments
· Process rent payments, deposits, receivables, and follow up on arrears
· Prepare and issue LTB notices (N4, N5, N1) and support filings/hearings
· Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor scheduling
· Process and code invoices; maintain A/P and A/R records
· Prepare reports such as rent rolls, arrears summaries, and monthly financials
· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
· Manage mail, couriers, and general office administration
· Support move‑ins, move‑outs, key distribution, and resident onboarding
· Communicate building rules, updates, and notices to residents
· Assist with board packages, status certificates, and ownership transfers (condo)
Requirements
· 4+ years of experience in property administration or real estate operations
· Experience with Yardi, Buildium, or similar property management software
· Knowledge of leasing processes, arrears management, and LTB notices
· Ability to manage A/P, A/R, invoicing, and financial documentation
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work independently in fast‑paced environments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work professionally with residents, boards, and contractors
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
