# Marketing & Content Creation Specialist
## Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced with social media, content creation, customer communication, and online marketing.
This position requires someone who is professional, creative, reliable, and comfortable working both online and on-site when needed.
## Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website when needed
- Create and post engaging content daily on social media platforms
- Develop creative marketing ideas to help grow the company’s online presence
- Create photo, video, and promotional content for advertising campaigns
- Visit job sites to capture content for social media and marketing purposes
- Respond to messages and inquiries on all social media platforms professionally and quickly
- Provide customers with accurate information and basic service quotes
- Send promotional emails and marketing campaigns to clients
- Help increase Google reviews and maintain a positive online reputation
- Contact local businesses to build partnerships and networking opportunities
- Organize and maintain customer and client files
- Assist with branding, advertising, and business growth strategies
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with marketing trends and social media algorithms
- Help create flyers, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns
- Support the team with general administrative and marketing tasks
## Requirements
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business
- Basic knowledge of website management is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing tools is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset for visiting job sites
