We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and highly motivated Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new business, and closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and referrals
- Contacting contractors, service providers, freelancers, and small business owners daily
- Booking and conducting product demos for potential customers
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and industry-related events
- Following up consistently with leads and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process
- Using our CRM system to track conversations, manage pipelines, and stay organized
- Building long-term customer relationships that generate recurring revenue
- Representing the ContractApp brand professionally both online and in person
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
- A tenacious sales mentality with a willingness to hear “no” and keep going
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable making cold calls daily
- Organized and capable of managing leads within a CRM system
- A strong work ethic and competitive attitude
- Experience in sales, construction, SaaS, or service industries is an asset, but not required
Compensation
This role includes:
- A minimum guaranteed base salary
- High commission payouts on every sale
- Recurring commission opportunities that continue long after the initial sale as clients remain subscribed to the platform
- Significant earning potential for motivated individuals who consistently prospect and close deals
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role that combines:
- Remote work from home or office space for prospecting and cold calling
- In-person networking opportunities, trade events, meetings, and live demonstrations
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both independent work and face-to-face relationship building.
