Looking to add another service/parts advisor to our growing team! Someone with a great attitude and enjoys the industry.
Daily Duties Can Include:
- Checking in customers, dealing with inquires and complaints
- Answering phone calls and booking in service appointments, and returning phone calls promptly
- Advising customers on service that should be done and completed work
- Following up with customers regarding repairs or parts needed through the day
- Opening and closing repair orders and assisting the customer with payment
- Process and product knowledge of automotive workshop
- Any additional duties
Requirements
- Customer service (1-2 years minimum preferred)
- CDK experience is a plus
- Automobile knowledge
