Our client, an education company, is building a modern academic and enrichment experience for high school students. We are seeking a thoughtful, relationship-oriented Admissions, Outreach & Family Enrolment Coordinator to support outreach and engagement efforts for new families and schools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building authentic relationships, facilitating meaningful conversations with schools and families, and helping students and parents discover programs and opportunities that align with their educational goals and aspirations. You also have previous experience in sales, admissions, enrolment, business development, or client relationship management.
Position Details

- Initial part-time role with opportunity for growth as the organization expands
- Approx. 5–10 hours per week initially, with opportunities for additional hours as enrolment activity grows.
- Flexible scheduling, including some evenings and occasional weekends for family information sessions and community outreach

Core Responsibilities
- Manage prospective family inquiries from initial contact through enrolment
- Conduct discovery conversations and facilitate virtual information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with PACs, schools, community organizations, and referral partners
- Develop and maintain an active outreach and enrolment pipeline
- Track activities, follow-up, and enrolment outcomes using CRM systems
- Represent the organization professionally within family and community networks
- Contribute to enrolment growth targets and community engagement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven consumer-focused sales (B2C) experience (required)
- Experience working toward measurable targets and performance goals
- Comfortable managing a pipeline from lead generation through conversion
- Strong and authentic relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive awareness and lead generation through social media, referral networks, and community engagement while maintaining brand consistency and credibility
- Confidence presenting to individuals and small groups
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clearly defined growth and enrolment objectives
Strong assets include:
- B2B partnership development experience
- Experience working with families, educational programs or schools
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems
