We are hiring a Sales & Client Coordinator whose primary responsibility is to drive revenue by keeping our calendar full and converting leads into booked and completed appointments.
This is not a passive front desk role.
You will be responsible for:
handling inbound and outbound leads
booking salon services and consultations
setting high-value consultation calls with the founder
following up and closing opportunities
Your success is measured by revenue generated, not activity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES (CORE FUNCTION)
Contact new leads immediately via phone and text
Follow up consistently with all open leads, including new and retention based
Book:
salon appointments (color, extensions, treatments)
consultations (hair loss, extensions)
B2B consultation calls with hairstylists (coaching, sourcing, business support)
Handle objections and guide clients to a decision
Optimize the schedule to maximize revenue and efficiency
Apply promotions or restructure bookings when appropriate and cash clients out when stylists are busy
LEAD MANAGEMENT
Work inside our CRM (WebSync)
Keep all notes clear, accurate, and up to date
Track conversations and next steps
Ensure no lead is left unattended, speed to lead is key
IN-SALON SUPPORT (SECONDARY)
When not actively selling:
Cash out clients at front desk
Rebook appointments
Support stylists with light admin
Respond to social media messages (sales-focused)
COMPENSATION
Hourly: Minimum wage (training period)
Commission:
A sliding scale based on closed sales performance
Structure will be discussed and adjusted based on experience, consistency, and results
Commission is tied to revenue that closes, not just bookings

Background in beauty, hair, or aesthetics
Sales experience (any industry)
Experience booking or managing appointments

Quality of CRM notes and follow-up
