The Ceremony Specialist ensures a seamless and memorable wedding experience by overseeing the setup, coordination, and execution of ceremony details. The individual in this role is responsible for coordinating the rehearsal, overseeing all details of the ceremony including room set up, décor, music, wedding party placement, greeting, wedding guest check in and all other special details. Passionate about guest experience and collaboration, the ceremony specialist works with the hotel and events teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
This position requires late night, weekend and holiday work. Flexible availability is vital in a successful candidate.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Audio & Technical Production: Set up, test, and break down sound systems, wireless microphones, and playback equipment.
- Live Sound Operation: Manage audio levels during live events, cueing entrance music and adjusting microphone volumes in real time.
- Venue Preparation: Maintain the aesthetic standards of ceremony spaces by cleaning chairs, sweeping floors, and clearing debris.
- Guest Hospitality: Set up, replenish, and tear down guest water stations to ensure attendee comfort.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect audio gear and venue property regularly, reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs.
