We are rapidly expanding our footprint in the multi-family sector and need leadership that can keep up with a high-volume build schedule without compromising on quality.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Foreman will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Duties
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents for accurate execution of work
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with codes and client expectations
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs and assisting in construction estimating activities
- Oversee safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a secure work environment
- Oversee and mentor construction crews, providing guidance on technical tasks and best practices
- Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, schematics, and quality standards
- The foreman is expected to lead the crew while also being hands-on, working alongside the team, and setting the standard through their work ethic, attitude, and quality of work
Requirements
- Proven experience overseeing construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Experience with budgeting, construction estimating, and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
