Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Aid to support our kitchen team in providing exceptional food service. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, kitchen organization, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic meal assembly
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper handling of all food items
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of needs
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and time management
- Holding a food handler certificate is a plus
Pay: $17.60 per hour
