Today, we present a great opportunity for a skilled Trainer to build on this foundation. Showcase your practised ability to present digital solutions in a clear, logical and memorable manner. Use your high energy and empathy to methodically build comfort, confidence and software skill mastery for non-technical users. This is a chance to educate, innovate, influence, and differentiate.
This GTA-based challenge will appeal to someone with a solid aptitude for software, a caring approach and a real talent for listening and probing for learning needs definition. Our ideal candidate is someone who has professional or academic experience with ABELDent as a user... and who loves it!
What can you expect to contribute to our team?

Seamless follow-through from point of sale to user training for a smooth overall customer transition to our software for about 10 new clients each month

Creating happy, loyal customers who love our software and give it the highest possible rating as a result of your great presentation skills and easily understood English communication skills

Secure customer relationships and self-initiated booking of progressive training to make sure that users are aware of and confident using the full extent of the software’s existing and new functionalities. Ongoing training will be performed online remotely but occasionally will be at the client’s office.

Professional presence, business credibility, and familiarity with dental office procedures and workflows that position you as a true partner to the owner and managers, helping them maximize the productivity and efficiency of their practice
