What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling day-to-day maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep properties in top shape
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently
- Working closely with management and tenants to ensure a high standard of service
- Coordinating with contractors when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (asset)
