Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.
In this inside-sales role, you’ll handle incoming leads, provide accurate moving quotes, and guide customers through the booking process. This position offers a solid base salary, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow within a reputable A+ BBB-accredited company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone and online inquiries for moving quotes
- Provide professional consultations and customized moving estimates
- Convert leads into booked moves through exceptional customer service and sales follow-up
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a seamless move experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service (moving or logistics industry experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
