Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household and commercial appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure appliances are restored to optimal functioning. Duties
- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as Washers & Dryers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Microwaves and Dishwashers.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
- Test repaired appliances to ensure proper operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all repair activities
- Assist with assembly or installation of new appliances when required
Qualifications
- Proven electrical experience and mechanical knowledge related to appliance repair
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently
- Prior experience in appliance repair or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license & Vehicle is preferred for travel between service locations

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
