Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage technicians, ensure job quality, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance team management with customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support field technicians to deliver high-quality service
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch crews to jobs across the service area
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance, inventory, and supply ordering
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions in real-time
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new technicians
- Track performance metrics and contribute to operational improvements
- Communicate with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in field operations, home services, or related industries (cleaning, construction, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with technology (scheduling software, CRM, mobile apps)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Saturday, (5 shifts a week)

Surrey, BC (office) – field-based with office coordination

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
