Provide a warm, welcoming, and ultimately excellent welcoming experience for Jericho members and guests. This is your first priority and comes before all other duties and responsibilities of the role.
Manage dining reservations- Manage special event registration
- Track guest entry and exit
- Be familiar with club rules and provide information about them to members & guests
- Compile and balance deposits on a daily basis
- Receive cash and cheque payments
- File member use records and retrieve them for member inquiries
- Perform opening and closing procedures at Reception
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
Outlook, Word, and Excel skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
- High School graduate
- Reception, customer service, and bookkeeping experience are assets
