A progressive and growing OEM automotive dealership in the Calgary region is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist for a future opportunity.
This role is ideal for an automotive professional who understands the used vehicle market, excels at relationship building, and has a strong eye for inventory opportunities. If you are driven, organized, and experienced in vehicle purchasing and appraisal processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire pre-owned vehicle inventory through multiple channels
- Conduct vehicle appraisals and market evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with private sellers, wholesalers, auctions, and service customers
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and inventory demand
- Support dealership inventory objectives and purchasing strategies
- Ensure all acquisition documentation is accurate and compliant
- Work collaboratively with sales and management teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in vehicle buying, acquisitions, or automotive appraisal is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Canadian used vehicle market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Alberta driver’s license required
- Current AMVIC license required
