Job Summary
I am seeking a friendly and professional individual to rent out an extra chair in the studio. This role involves providing a welcoming environment for clients, managing your own bookings, having your own booking system, has their own clientele and ensures the studio maintains a clean and organized appearance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive experience for clients seeking hair styling services. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a quiet, cozy and calm studio environment, supporting both clients and stylists in a relaxing environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival.
- Manage their own scheduling and booking appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the studio, including workstations and common area.
- Handle front desk duties such as answering questions, booking appointments, and managing payments with their own guests.
