Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Chinese speaking Cleaning Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in a commercial setting, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and excellent communication are valued. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any concerns
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Assist with additional hospitality-related duties as needed, including light cooking or meal preparation for clients
Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to interact positively with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of hospitality practices is advantageous
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to different client locations is preferred
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are essential
Pay: $18.25-$20.50 per hour
