As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll help customers navigate their accounts, understand available solutions, and ensure they receive the support and recommendations that best fit their goals.
Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialists at our company:
- Develop meaningful relationships with both new and existing customers through genuine interactions in face-to-face settings
- Take the time to understand customer goals and provide tailored recommendations that create value
- Recognize when a customer is ready for the next step and help make that transition smooth and effortless
- Support account management while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience
- Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to strengthen customer relationships and drive results
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and service updates to confidently support customers
- Maintain a high standard of communication, organization, and professionalism
- Continue developing your skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong people skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Confidence communicating with customers in person
- A coachable mindset and genuine willingness to learn
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar experience is an asset, but not required
- Availability for a full-time schedule
- Ability to start within 1–2 weeks is considered an asset
