Kamloops Communications/ Wi-Com Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Kamloops.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Assist walk-in customers at the front counter
- Process sales orders and quotations
- Handle customer payments and invoicing
- Coordinate shipping and receiving
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Support sales and service teams as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Telecommunications, radio, security, or technology industry experience considered an asset
