Responsibilities:
-We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Set-up Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, preparing, and operating CNC machines, including CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, to manufacture high-quality precision components. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with CNC programming and machine setup, and the ability to accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
The ideal candidate is committed to producing quality work, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. They will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts meet required specifications and quality standards while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, Mill or Lathe
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, including lathes and mills
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus
