We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, following established recipes and standards
- Cook various dishes ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service
- Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Skills in serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for safety and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
