Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Water Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should take pride in delivering a high-quality work on every project. We’re seeking someone who works well both independently and a team player. Should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to craftsmanship are essentials to succeed in this role.
Duties
- Water extraction
- Set up drying equipment
- Moisture mapping
- Assess water damage
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year Water Technician experience
- Greater Victoria resident preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Driver’s license is required
- Basic construction, demolition and repair skills
- Willing to do rotating on-call schedule 24/7 after hours
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Position: Full-time
Wage: $24 - $32 per hour
Benefits: Comprehensive plan including Extended Health, Dental and Vision and LTD (available after 3- month probationary period).
Additional Pay: Overtime and bonuses
