We are currently seeking a polished, articulate, and exceptionally organized Salon Coordinator to join the team at our flagship South Granville location.

Key Responsibilities
- Elevated Guest Experience: Act as the face of the salon, delivering exceptional, concierge-style service and managing the front-of-house atmosphere.
- Dynamic Multi-Tasking: Seamlessly manage competing priorities—welcoming guests, answering phones, and supporting the team without losing your poise.
- Schedule Optimization: Confidently coordinate appointments and maximize daily schedules for a team of over 30 elite service providers.
- Brand & Visual Standards: Maintain the pristine, editorial aesthetic of the salon floor and retail space throughout the day.
- Operations & Logistics: Execute opening and closing keyholder procedures, daily cash handling, and essential safety and cleanliness checklists.
- Communication & Engagement: Manage guest correspondence via phone, email, and digital platforms, occasionally supporting social media touchpoints.
- Sales Support: Drive salon profitability by confidently guiding guests through retail recommendations and service upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills
- A genuine passion for the beauty, fashion, and hair industries, and an excitement for representing a legacy brand.
- Proven experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities with the organizational skills to stay ahead of a fast-moving schedule.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with comfort navigating booking software and social media platforms.

Position Details
- Location: South Granville, Vancouver
- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time. Weekend availability is required, as the salon operates seven days a week.
