As an Operations Supervisor, you will be working directly with our Operations Manager to develop and learn the skills required to move into multi-functioning dynamic role whereby you will be responsible for:
- Plan, organize, direct and supervisor installation and service teams
- Respond to technical questions
- Conduct technician ride alongs
- Quality Control
- Assist in Health and Safety Training
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Train new employees
- Assist with installs or service work during high demand periods
Specific qualifications for the Operations Supervisor position include:
- Must be a licensed Gas Fitter
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time
- Excellent written skills
- Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities
- PC literacy
