Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Wellness Consultant to join our team. As a Float Receptionist/Wellness Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting health and wellness services and products to our customers. If you are passionate about wellness and enjoy helping others achieve their health goals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right wellness services
- Conduct demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various wellness offerings
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain float therapy pods and infrared sauna room
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
- Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
- Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions
- Experience conducting product demos is a plus
- Passion for health and wellness with a desire to educate others on its benefits
- Ability to effectively communicate technical sales information to customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75 per hour
