Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly sanitized and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the hospitality industry. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and work areas throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workspaces
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing dishwashing duties
- Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the restaurant or hotel environment
Skills
- Experience in cleaning and sanitation practices within a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of food service operations and kitchen workflows is a plus
Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
