We’re looking for a skilled Welder to support the maintenance and repair of our equipment and fleet.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and replace wear components on construction and aggregate equipment
- Perform welding repairs on trucks and trailers
- Fabricate parts for repairs and light manufacturing
- Operate oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting equipment
- Weld various materials, including stainless steel, mild steel, cast metals, and aluminum
Processes include: FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, and air carbon arc gouging
What You Bring
- Experience in welding and fabrication
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours (up to 16 hours during peak season)
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town when required
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Considered an asset:
Confined space training, rigging certification, CWB tickets, or related credentials
