We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You'll assist with patient care, manage daily operations, and help create an exceptional experience for every patient. We seek candidates with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Note: 1 year of previous experience in an ophthalmology, optometry or optical setting is required to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing inventory
- Assist with diagnostic testing and provide patient education
- Provide excellent front desk support, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing patient inquiries.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience in an optometric or optical setting is required
- Understanding of medical terminology related to optometry and eye care.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
- Proficiency in front desk operations within a medical office setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
