*No formal education is required although any training related to construction skills would be an asset
*Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed with safety in mind
*Be able to labour in outdoor conditions through all seasons
ability to cope with the physical demands of the job, lift 50 lbs. and work on uneven ground
*Align structural components according to blue prints and pour concrete as instructed
*Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications
ability to travel for work (out of town stays when required)
