Responsibilities
* Purchase vehicles directly from customers.
* Evaluate vehicle condition and determine market value.
* Guide customers through the vehicle acquisition process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Negotiate purchase offers professionally and confidently.
* Provide outstanding customer service throughout every transaction.
* Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth buying experience.
* Work closely with internal teams to complete purchases efficiently.
* Stay up to date with current used vehicle market trends.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
✅ Previous experience purchasing or appraising vehicles
✅ Valid OMVIC License (Required)
✅ Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
✅ Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
✅ Knowledge of the Ontario used vehicle market
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers
✅ Professional, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
Experience in dealerships, leasing companies, or automotive sales is considered a strong asset.
